Very serene atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great seeing all the animals in the safari. Good breakfast. The only regret was having laundry service which was a nightmare!! They washed our clothes with other People's clothes. They hung the clothes up in metal hangers which distorted the shapes of the pants and shirts. They washed whites with color, this the whites were all stained!!!!!! A bag of laundry ended up costing $30 US dollars and yet clothes were destroyed. So, stay here because it's beautiful BUT DO NOT GET LAUNDRY SERVICE!!! OUR clothes were ruined!

I feel very unsafe due to the room doesn't have any lock from inside, that means anyone has the same key card can enter the room while you are occupied.

De bungalows, het resort is prachtig. Gelegen tussen de fruitbomen en vijvers vol vissen. Wel af en toe wat lawaaihinder van vermoedelijk teambuilding activiteit. Bungalow met alle comfort al miste ik een muskietennet. Badkamer is zeer mooi, echter het warm water is moeilijk te regelen....een thermostatische kraan zou dit oplossen. Het eten in het restaurant is lekker vooral de plaatselijke specialiteiten. De Margarita's zijn ook goed gemaakt. Het zwembad is groot en wordt regelmatig onderhouden. Een redeer ter plaatse, zelfs wanneer we er alleen zaten ( weinig volk dee periode). Gratis tickets voor elke dag de eco zoo... Na 1 bezoek hadden we dit wel gezien. We zijn verwend door europese zoo's en de omstandigheden waarin hier sommige dieren werden gehouden waren ondermaats ( slang in een stalen kooi, krokodil met een klein vijvertje. Fieysen zijn beschikbaar mazr je mag het terrein niet verlaten. Het resort ligt aan een drukke weg. 14km van de stad. Grab is niet steeds beschikbaar. Al bij al wel leuk verblijf. Vooral het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
