Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "We did not have the room I booked ie superior and were given a small room with a small bed. After a long wait we were given a slightly larger room and bed. Staff were friendly but incompetent and not there most of the time. No sense of security."
