Complete with an open-plan kitchen, perfect for chef-prepared dinner parties, a spacious garden for alfresco dining and an indoor pool for morning swims, you'll never be short of entertainment here. Being only an hour's drive from the Cotswolds, this beautiful estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you and your four-legged friends, too. Please note that during the autumn and winter months, renovation work will be taking place on the estate as we continue to enhance the guest experience for future stays. While every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum, some work may be noticeable during this period. Work will not commence before 9:30am, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Renovation work on the top site is expected to continue until mid-December. Should this take any longer, we will let you know. For the lodges, work is scheduled to be completed by the end of October. The space Paving the way with farmhouse flagstone flooring, this striking property begins with a beautiful country-style living room, complete with three leather sofas, a Smart TV and a cosy wood-burning stove. Meanwhile, the bespoke, fully fitted kitchen is a fabulous area to be with friends and family. You will have access to a range cooker, American fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, along with all the other mod cons you can think of. There is a large oak dining table, perfect for delicious banquets prepared by a professional chef if you don't feel like cooking. The ground floor is complete with a wet room with rain shower, wash hand basin and WC. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two are en-suite and one is next to a bathroom (wet room). The other three bedrooms are upstairs and comprise one double with an en-suite, one double with zip link beds and an en-suite and the master bedroom which also has an en-suite. All rooms are finished with quality linens and furnishings, TV and designer bathrooms, while pool towels and adult dressing gowns are also provided. Outside, you will have access to a large lawned garden with a pergola, garden furniture and a pool house with a large swimming pool and loungers. Guest access The property is accessed via a private entrance and a member of the estate staff will be on hand to meet and greet guest on arrival. We request that you call 15 minutes prior to arrival and you will be met at the gates. Sustainability We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays. Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.
