Being only an hour's drive from the Cotswolds, this beautiful estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you and your four-legged friends, too. The space Paving the way with farmhouse flagstone flooring, this striking property begins with a beautiful country-style living room, complete with three leather sofas, a Smart TV and a cosy wood-burning stove. Meanwhile, the bespoke, fully fitted kitchen is a fabulous area to be with friends and family. You will have access to a range cooker, American fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, along with all the other mod cons you can think of. There is a large oak dining table, perfect for delicious banquets prepared by a professional chef if you don't feel like cooking. The ground floor is complete with a wet room with rain shower, wash hand basin and WC. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two are en-suite and one is next to a bathroom (wet room). The other three bedrooms are upstairs and comprise one double with an en-suite, one double with zip link beds and an en-suite and the master bedroom which also has an en-suite. All rooms are finished with quality linens and furnishings, TV and designer bathrooms, while pool towels and adult dressing gowns are also provided. Outside, you will have access to a large lawned garden with a pergola, garden furniture and a pool house with a large swimming pool and loungers.
