The space This luxurious sandstone gatehouse lodge is one of a pair at the entrance to a beautiful Herefordshire country estate. With stunning lake views and surrounding countryside, it's the perfect hideaway for two. The lodge is furnished to a very high standard and on the ground floor you'll find an open plan living room, tastefully decorated, furnished with comfortable sofas, a 49" LED Smart TV and a log burner for those cosy nights in. From the hallway there is access to a shower room with step-in power shower, WC and hand wash basin. Also on the ground floor is a small utility room comprising washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The open-plan kitchen has a tiled floor and is fully fitted with a range of units and all the accessories you will need, including an oven, hob, toaster, dishwasher and seating for four guests. Venture up the glassed-in spiral wooden staircase, where you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, luxury linens, a wall mounted TV and wardrobe space. The en-suite with excellent quality fittings comprises a bath with an overhead power shower, heated towel rail and a touch light mirror. The outside space has been thoughtfully laid out with an enclosed garden, two-person barrel sauna, hot tub, garden furniture and a BBQ.
