Steps away from the Piccadilly Circus Tube station, tons of restaurants nearby (including Chinatown), and even multiple grocery store options. The Cocoon room was perfect for a solo traveler trying to adjust to the time zone. There was no city noise, despite being in a very busy area. I didn't like that there was an extra fee (£40) to check in early and a fee to hold onto your bags (£15) if you want to explore while waiting for check in time. Also, check out at 10am is a little ridiculous. We were upgraded to a room in the City Sleeper part of the hotel which looks freshly decorated. Liked the Brit pop style panels along the corridors. We had a room looking down into the courtyard so no traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the twin beds were not next to each other which was great as we are not a couple. Ate in the pub and the food was good."
