The staff and overall hospitality of the place was impeccable. From the tea outside the room to the gift from the staff, everything made this stay a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. Quirky, unique property with lots of room options, super comfy beds. Rooms are small (some are very small) but the location in Kings Cross means easy access to everything- no need to hang out at the hotel. The service is awesome. Everyone we spoke to went out of their way to be helpful. We especially enjoyed our chat with Peter who hosted us for happy hour.

Really clean rooms. Small, but such a great location and price for that area. Easy walking distance to tube and Eurostar trains. Loved the easy proximity to food and pubs as well. It was quite the tiniest room I’ve stayed in but perfect for the solo traveller. And staff were exceptional. I stayed in the Penthouse, which confusingly wasn't on the top floor, but not a major favtor as that's not why I chose the room. The room and hotel were suprisingly welcoming with some complementary snacks and drinks. The area is also quite quiet at night, which helped for an easier sleep. But the mattress was too soft, if i sat up in the bed i could feel the slats.

overall good experience but the window was broken and jammed open, which the hotel could not fix that evening (rm 12) so had to sleep with it open which made for a noisy night and bad nights sleep.
