"The room is located on the 8/F, quite spacious. During check-in, we were told that our room had a smaller window than the others with the same room type. We didn't mind too much, but if you are expecting a large window, then be aware of room 8421. The room is right opposite the hotel's restaurant, so there might be some noise in the morning when people and staff are going in and out. However, we were lucky that our stay was not affected by it."

The hotel beds and beddings are of very good quality and thus we have a good night sleep. The place is nice and quiet. It would be helpful if the hotel can provide more information on the location of the nearest metro station and eateries nearby."

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay...
