Very nice sauna + baths on the top floor, super nice view. Massages in the hotel were iternationally priced (700 yuan for 60 min). Just walk outside, turn right, cross the traffic lights and turn right again, follow the main road, there is a reputable massage place on your left. 300 yuan for 100 minute traditional massage. Also around that area is quite an undeveloped area if you are into this, were you can still eat noodle soups on plastic chairs outside, if you want to get a more "real" china experience. The check-in was delayed for more than 1 hour because the "room is not ready". This is simply unacceptable as they should have arranged alternatives to accommodate. The front desk was not helpful, did not offer any update of when the room would be ready while my parents were waiting. When the room was finally ready after more than an hour of waiting, my parents arrived the room and found it was not even clean enough. Overall, the service was very bad, front desk was impatient and inattentive, and unapologetic about the mistake they made.
