Besides that food and property, the service is impeccable. Jack, the manager, goes beyond normal service to take care of customers and if it wasn’t for Jack, I would have been really lost in Dongguan. Jack’s service is not limited to the premises but he makes sure you are set off the property too especially if you’re a first time visitor to China. Jack, I really thank you for all you’ve done during my stay on and off the premises. WiFi speed was intermittent even at off hours Front desk service was great but the service in the Japanese restaurant and the bar were horrific. I was the only one in the restaurant with the staff no more than two meters away yet I had to signal them for every bit of service I ordered grilled cod which came to the table clearly pan fried in butter.
