Hotel is lovely, but I ordered room service one night and was served some raw chicken wings! After being severely sick the following day I made a complaint. The management felt it sufficient to offer me a free £20 buffet! What a joke! to make matters worse on the last day of my stay while having dim sum for breakfast I discovered a raw dumpling! This time I was lucky enough to not eat it. So I have the chance to experience many of them. This hotel is wonderful. It is a pity i couln't get the chance to enjoy all service, just relax in my wide room with a nice steam room. The bed was hard in the Elite king, when mentioned to the front desk, I was told all Elite King rooms were this way and needed to upgrade to get softer bed. This hotel has many restaurants but the food in all of them were average. Getting a taxi at the hotel is very expensive and the hotel overcharges for this service. The duty manager who says his name is Sooku that does not wear a name badge, not of Chinese descent and speaks clear English was very rude. If you have a problem don’t expect him to help you.
