"A one night stop over which suited us fine. A bonus having a nice pub in the same car park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seemed a bit odd that in such a big “ disabled” room the bed was a very small double."

"Quirky place, our room backed onto the garbage area for multiple business so it was quite loud in the morning and it seems a popular spot for loud cars at night. Overall, this place was great, don’t expect perfect, it’s very old. Walls have stains and are very dusty. But the sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. Staff is wonderfully friendly and breakfast was great. I would stay here again in a heart beat. "

"Overnight stay, would highly recommend. Exceptionally good value for money. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Rooms clean and fresh with added touches which even more expensive hotels have stopped providing. Evening meal was great. Breakfast could have done with more than one server, food not topped up sufficiently quickly, but would still give 10/10"

"The hotel is easy to find, great parking, ability to eat at the hotel and sit in a nice beer garden. If you have mobility issues make sure you request ground floor room as there are lots of stairs and long corridors. I stayed in a deluxe room which was advertised as bigger than average. Overall pleasing colour decor. Tea, coffee , water . Now to be picky - the mattresses on the single beds pushed together to represent a" king size bed " need replacing . The shower area needs to be bleached....

"The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. "
