"We loved The Coolest Hotel. The staff was wonderful. They helped us with transportation and ideas of where to go. Our last day we had to leave early before our paid breakfast time and they prepared a to-go breakfast for us. The beach the hotel overlooks is Songjeong Beach and it has a relaxed mellow surfer vibe that is very different from the busier beaches of the city. You can stroll along the water’s edge in the morning."

"Great place to stay when you’re in Busan, it’s in the middle of a busy area with lots of food options but at night, the noise doesn’t bother me when sleeping. Also a close walk to the subway. "

"Overall this hotel is great, but be aware there is no front desk and if you don't have a Korean phone the check in process is tricky. Also English is listed as a language which is a stretch, there is no front desk staff that speaks any language. The only staff you'll see are cleaning folks in the morning, and they only speak Korean. Their check-in system is mostly in Korean. If you need help you need to call a Korean number. Otherwise great location, clean, quiet, nice room."

"Great location walkable to BIFF square, great eating and shopping. We were a group of 3 and the separate room with the twin size bed had a window so was comfortable for all."

"The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, bars and markets, and also the metro and bus station which is amazing. My hotel room was pretty big, but it could have been cleaner, also there is not a lot of storage, only a very very small closet. And also sometimes there is not a very good smell coming from the toilet. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"The hotel is quite a bit away from the main city, but it's right next to the Haeundae Beach. If you want the ocean this is the place, but don't expect a great selection of reading options outside. The hotel rooms and services are top notch. Veri clean, lots of space and very comfortable bed. Would stay again!"
