All staffs are super nice & helpful, except one guy working night shift, there was a family sitting in lobby eating fried food, without any problem, but when we brought our fried chicken to eat there, the front desk guy showed us the sign Not allow eating Ramen there ?...even we didn't have Ramen, and made us leave. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. However, they assigned us the room closest to the lounge, so it was quite noisy. Although it’s not the hotel's fault, the guests in the next room were very noisy, and the sound came through. I don’t think the room has great soundproofing.
