"It’s good overall, the breakfast was really good, the room ultra clean and the persons who work there was very confort. The only problem was A/C don’t work very well keeps on/off the entire night and the room temperature it’s not lower than 70F "

"My granddaughter and I travel to NYC about once a year to see a show and the sights. We discovered the Hotel St James a couple years ago. We love that it is in Time Square area, but not so close that it is noisy. Room was clean. The hotel lobby is beautifully maintained, more vintage than modern. This year we rode the subway to the 9/11 Memorial Museum. The front desk helped us by giving us directions as to what train to take, etc."

"Staff was nice and approachable, check in was fast and convienent. Located in a rough area but located convienently next to the 4&5 subway lines, Uber & Lyft always available. Breakfast options are great with various options. Rooms and hallways clean. Will return to this hotel for future travels to NY "

"Had to wait at the airport for a shuttle to hotel almost an hour! Finally had another hotel shuttle Crown hotel take pity on me and take me there! No coffee pot etc available in room either! No complimentary shampoo in room either "
