"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

I was forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice incurring unwelcome extra expense and a great deal of stress. No reply to a message to Hotels.com at all.
