"Beautiful place , staff were lovely all friendly and helpful , we started in the Carlton and moved to the Victoria for the last night as the Carlton was closing for the season and we wanted to stop an extra night both hotels are lovely and the corridors joining them all together just amazes me that you can go from hotel to hotel to hotel via these corridors and don’t need to go outside , it’s just fantastic . I will definitely be back for a holiday again soon with this company. I’m very impressed."
