"Quiet, clean, enough parking"

"Clean room, helpful staff"

"A cheap and cheerful night on the outskirts of Derby. The hotel is rather hidden away and not well signposted. I checked in, room was clean with tea/coffee available. The rooms are single storey, bungalow style There is parking right outside of the rooms"

"Room service from the main restaurant available. Room was pretty quiet overnight, bed was firm which was our preference"

"I stayed there for a night. There wasnt any door to use the bathroom, no toiletries. Dirty Towels . Staff helpful.! However, the room was heated, upon asking- got some soap and shower gel. Location - close to things and about 10 min. Drive to city center."

"Nice, basic room. Kitchen well-equipped ut a bit of a trek to the back of the house. Very convenient for Trent Bridge cricket ground"

"It was ok generally but didn't have hot water at the sink. Shower was ok but sink not"

"Room was pleasant and ensuite was a bonus. Kind and helpful locals in bar. Breakfast not available which was disappointing. Would have liked a bedside lamp to read by."

"Lovely place, good value for money too"

"Very helpful staff clean and tidy room"

"A handy spot in the center of town. Only discrepancy was a bunch of takeaway bags behind the door the cleaners missed, however it was no problem for me to put in the bin. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and bathroom was great. Staff were lovely and able to give a friendly chat and directions to the room."

"Great little stay in a quirky theme park. "

"The hotel was very good. Staff were helpful and the room I had was very clean with a very comfy bed. My stay in Mansfield was very enjoyable thanks to the very good hotel experience."

"Great breakfast, friendly welcoming proprietor."

"Absolutely wonderful reception, honestly the comfiest bed I've ever slept in away from home, and the shared facilities were excellent."

"Great stay"

"Not the cleanest of places. Strange smell to the room. I would not stay again."

"This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com"

"no complaints just our room stunk of cigarettes"
