The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. Turned up to find the whole building in scaffolding getting the cladding done, no access to small balcony, fridge needs defrosting, external glazing dirty and still with plastic wrapping, laundry being tied in one of the storage areas. No response from complaint. Cigarette burn on bedding"
