"We spent 2 nights in Woodlands Cottage and loved it. It was spotlessly clean with new bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. The directions sent in advance were great, as was the tip to use the shortcut through the woods to the local pub. For a local walk, the Bubwith Rail path was really nice."

The property does need some serious talc especially paintwork, outside space and some of the basics provided such as only one tea towel for a 10 day stay. The information for the house needs some updating also. It states there is a washer/dryer but it isn’t it is just a washer and doesn’t mention a dishwasher which the kitchen does have. Overall we...
