The beach,supermarkets and all types of restaurants are within walking distance. The manager Isaiscr is very friendly and if you fancy venturing outside of Play del ingles he can arrange tours,car hire during your stay. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with Balcon del mar, really clean,spacious, everything you need for self catering.pool bar was lovely, shop for basics on site. Laundry services.heated and non heated pool. Staff were lovely. Max 10 min walk to Europa centre .Taxi ride down to the commercial centre, depending on route down 7-11 euro,Very high up on the Amadores side of peurto rico."

"When i got to there apartment i was told there was no booking it had been cancelled this was all over the phone number provided on the door of a so called reception . Even though i had my booking on my phone , the phone number is for the Nido del Aquila hotel , I then got in a taxi to the Nido to show the reception my booking, She then phoned her manager who was saying my booking had been cancelled and had no remorse that we had know where to say at 10pm on a Saturday night . "Great apartments, wee walk away from the beach. We thought the property deserves at least 3*, maybe even 3*+ Kitchen is equipped with almost everything you may need, the only thing missing was an oven. Nice, comfy beds. Internet wasn't the best, but usable. Excellent pool and great pool bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast was also great, however the baked goods could have been freshly sourced. All staff were lovely and very helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Dorotea and would be happy...

"We've just returned from the most relaxing and enjoyable week at Apartamentos Curasol. Curasol is in the perfect location, quiet with beautiful views of the bay and the Spar supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars just a 2 minute walk away. We were a group of 4 adults with 3 apartments booked. All staff were excellent. Friendly and so helpful in making sure our 3 apartments were next to each other ahead of our arrival. The apartments were clean with comfy beds and kitchens stocked...

"Standard apartment a little tired and In need of minor renovation ( several cracked floor tiles that move ) but a perfectly comfy and well appointed apartment and kitchen. Air conditioning at an additional cost . It was The 50th anniversary of Carnival and the noise from the celebrations and music till 4am for 3 nights made it impossible to sleep - THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT but due to the proximity to the Yumbo center it’s impossible to avoid. The day after the carnival finished silenced...

"Good one night, stay prior to flying home. Unfortunately the lifts were out of service. All rooms are on the third floor! The Duty Manager kindly arranged to carry my luggage to my room for me as I have an ongoing issue with my knee, and would not have been able to manage myself. Traditional style hotel but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good value for the money with many options. Highly recommended ."

"The proprety is well located but that's about it. I did not find the room comfortable enough for my holiday. There were dead mosquitos in the walls, no mattress or pillow protection and the linen was very old and unconfortable. No one told me were the swimming pool was located and I needed to request for Wi-Fi password also (this should have been addressed at check-in, time in my opinion). I did not make any meals at the apartment for two reasons: buying food was super expensive (and not worth...

"Ideal apartment within a gated area with local shops and restaurants close by (10 minute walk) and the marina, beach and shopping centre about 15 - 25 minutes away (walking) - different restaurants part of the shopping centre or nearby. Also activities like mini-golf etc near the shopping centre and a designer shopping mall farther along (5-10 minutes from shopping centre). There is an onsite bar and restaurant which is ideal, and the swimming pool was nice and clean. Option of using a self...
