Bed was very comfortable and we also appreciated the small touches like finding a small bottle of milk in the fridge. It's a very short walk from Preston Station, and beautiful Avenham Park is right around the corner. Very short walk to city center also. Great location and accomodation!"

"We secured hotel accommodations via Expedia for a concert. The selected hotel, however, did not meet expectations. The property currently resembles a construction site, and the premises are permeated by the odor of cannabis. Contacting the owner for check-in proved difficult. Furthermore, the Inn lacks amenities, including parking and toiletries. The communal washroom facilities are poorly maintained. It is concerning that companies continues to list this establishment."

"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
