"Old motel but great staff"

"I was in Appleton for a week a booked several motels before coming across listing for this one. The others were horrid to say the least!!!! Dirty , signs of bed bugs, smelly, dirty everything everywhere, horrible neighborhood and metheads galore hanging in parking lots. The Microtel was a breath of fresh air. Clean, a real breakfast included onsite, everything was exceptional regardless of the price. But the pricing was a bonus! All this is why I tried 4 hit her motels for not one night...

"The room was nice. The pillows were soft BUT to low like you needed to put two pillows together to get comfortable. Over all it was a nice stay."

"Our stay was a great experience for my husband, my teenage daughters, and I. We were welcomed by the friendliest lady! We quickly got changed and enjoyed the hot tub before it closed. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed. The tv didn’t have the best quality, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Breakfast the next morning was very good and the area was well cared for. We were once again met with a very friendly worker who took care of the breakfast area. We would stay here again. "

"We are here for an event at the Conference Center. This is 10 minutes from the venue and are wonderful peice-perfect accommodations."

"The room we got is spacious enough for a family of 6. The location is surrounded by restaurants and stores and even by the movie theater."

"Overall I would stay there again. I was here for a work trip and the room was bigger than expected with a separate bedroom and a nice sitting area and half kitchen. It was super convenient and there was lots of parking. The only complaint is when I pulled back the sheets I found a black hair that was not mine, but again overall I would return. "
