The check in was very smooth and the lady helping me was so helpful and nice. The room was really clean and the pool area was well taken care of. The breakfast Sunday morning was well stocked as well!

Our stay was none short of absolutely amazing, the staff was extremely kind , the rooms were always clean, pool was excellent, breakfast was always good. I do highly recommend this place!!! The list does quite literally go on, 10/10 for sure!!

Here they folded my kiddos blankets and put the bear neat on the kids bed, didn't have to but they did, always going the extra mile! 🫶

My daughters bear was always just put somewhere out of the way for cleaning, and the wonderful ladies always wrapped her up and made sure she was comfy too, my daughter loved this!

Just loved this hallway so I had to take pictures!

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

The hotel on the outside needs some maintenance & curb appeal. Inside 1/2 the building is heated with a boiler and we could not regulate or turn down the heat &we sweat the whole night. Furthermore, the pool and the hot tub were closed because they couldn't get rhe chemicals regulated for over a month for some reason. It's really frustrating to pay a lot of money for a outdated rundown hotel with a lack of promised amenities. I wouldn't really consider it a hotel when it feels and operates more like a motel. Go to a motel and get the same experience for a lot cheaper! On a better note the beds are decent but only full size, The rooms were clean and there was no dust or mold and that sense it was decent, great water pressure (hot) and the Continental breakfast is decent! 24/7 coffee / tea! Zero stars! I hope that this hotel turns it around as it has the potential to be a nice place! It just needs some TLC, attention to detail to a few things which could really make it better. Definitely investing some of its profit into updating the outdated decor) carpet etc. from the late '80s early '90s, and fixing lobby entrances giant broken ceiling that somebody hit should be a top priority.That's pretty unsightly. Maybe it just happened? Due to the nature of the upkeep of the building and that they put netting underneath it to catch falling stuff tells me it's probably been there a while!?
