"I have stayed before , it’s very cheap and it’s en suite , I would stay agsin for price - they have an issue in the loft pf the property with vermin either rats or pigeons I have noticed that every time I have stayed - the pub is nice and serves great food downstairs - the rooms just feel like an after thought and not really a hotel ."

"Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. "

"- staff were not clear if the payment was made or not resulting in for us to stay there for 15 min until someone senior arrived to help us with. - Car park really tight and we had to cross the road to find parking spaces - hot water tap on the shower was uncontrollable - less towels available for the number of users "
