"This is a hostel - don't come expecting hotel luxury. Having said that, I found the following great: extremely cheap, has everything you need, VERY friendly and helpful staff."

O quarto estava limpo, as meninas da recepção são atenciosas, o local fica em uma rua cheia de restaurantes e a uns 10 minutos do metro, não tem elevador e o cheio de cigarro é forte mesmo nos quartos com aviso de proibido fumar. Como eu só chegava pra tomar banho e dormir deu certo pra mim."

"The service at this hotel is truly impressive! During check-in, the front desk staff went out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible for me. Since we arrived late and all the nearby liquor stores were closed, they kindly surprised me by delivering a bottle of Chilean red wine! The room itself was spotless and cozy, with bedding so comfortable I slept like a dream. Breakfast was a delight too. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I’d definitely come back next time! "

"Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment."
