Staff is very nice, friendly and responsible. The room facilities are clean and new. The airport transportation service is not only for airport arriving pick-up and departure drop, but also make us convenient to take AirPort Express train to go city. We would like to recommend this place for our travelers.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me during the short stay and provided guidance for the continuation of my trip. My room was exceptionally clean everyday and the price was awesome! There’s also a convenience store on the property that made it so easy to get snacks and small items when I didn’t feel like going into the town. Had a quick stop here as I had a 10hr layover in Beijing. Staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Even if their English wasn't the greatest, they still tried their best to help me with the use of a translator app. The shuttle was brilliant - it picked me up at the airport and dropped me back later. I wasn't going to be there for brekkie so the receptionist gave me a takeaway breakfast bag. Nice hotel for a quick stopover, comfy beds and there's a little store in the hotel to buy snacks and cigarettes. Will definitely be staying here again when I travel through Beijing next year. Rooms are a little run down but this didn't bother me as it was a quick stop.

The hotel was pretty poorly maintained. The air quality was pretty bad. It smelled like old carpet and cigarettes. Temperature was too hot. The room was kept pretty clean but overall the facility felt depressing and unpleasant. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. It is a place that meet the bare minimum for a short stay to be close to PEK airport but definitely not a place for comfort and relaxation.

Breakfast is good, we are looking for other fruits like banana. Coffee is 3-in-1 mixed in a cup already (coffee+cream+sugar) when machine is pressed. Some bread are not sweet enough. Washing machine is not used due to no (tumble) dryer available. They do clean the room everyday.

I would stay at this hotel again as the staff are brilliant, everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to help me. I picked this hotel as it had free transfers to and from the airport so did not use the amenities as I only stayed the night But the staff were brilliant and are a credit to the hotel. A massive thank you to all the staff!!!
