"We always love staying at Massanutten. This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Very clean and close to everything. My only complaint, was there was a lpud noise throughout the night coming from a locked closet. I thought it was the air conditioner, but afyer turning it off, realized it wasnt. Needless to say, my daughter and i were awakened at 4 am... "

"This is a nice, clean, and conveniently located hotel. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff member that checked us in was very efficient and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Exceeded our expectations for a National Park hotel. We had everything we needed, including a balcony with a view of the valley. There are a lot of hiking options nearby, as well as a restaurant, park shop, and Starbucks walking distance from most of the cabins/rooms (up a hill in case you have someone with mobility issues). They left extra towels in one of the drawers as well. "

"Linens and bathroom towels were excellent, fresh and bright white. Gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant. Hotel rooms dark and need updating. Carpet needs replacing. "

"Rooms could use some love, especially the bathroom showers. Suggest pet friendly room get rid of the stained carpets and have a plain floor. Much easier to sanitize and keep clean…last hotel we staid at didn’t have carpet 😊 staff was fantastic! Loved Merithid professional so kind. Loved the treat bag for my fur baby and poop bag extra touch."
