"Overall not a bad place to stay. The staff were very helpful and guided us to cheaper, more convenient, local transport options. The free airport shuttle was nice but you do have to sign up for a time at the desk when using it to leave the hotel. The only downside was there was some construction going on the water pipes when we got there so bathroom was unusable for some time. When the water did come back on, it tasted quite awful for the duration of the stay. Other than that, a nice trip. "

"For the most part, there's a lack of customer servicey vibes that you get from a Hilton, for example. The one exception was one employee actually conversed with me. Other than that, check in was finger pointing and sign here. Check out was "put it on front desk". Doesn't bother me much, I need to sleep, and you can provide.
