"Stay away if you don't want to bring bed bugs back home. We have bed bugs in our rooms, and tried to move around the hotel, to different rooms on different floors, but the problem remained the same. We spent one night killing bed bugs all night before we gave up and moved out. Hotel has refused to give us any refund afterwards."

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "
