"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...

"The unit is on the bottom floor looking into the car park. While the windows do provide a bright area, there’s minimal privacy when blinds are open. The entry smelled of cigarette smoke and was dank/damp feeling. Older building but well kept. The check in instructions were unclear. Would’ve been much easier to send information and instructions via the app (Expedia) rather than sending a link with the house manual, which didn’t work multiple times.
