"Good stay, checking in and out was simple and fast. Rooms were a good place to crash, overall clean with the duvet not being too warm and a comfy pillow. The furniture and bathroom showed their age but all worked perfectly well for a short stay. A good place to book when on a budget."

"Room was clean where I concern my place was. But what I would like to highlight it’s the staff are very friendly, helpful and caring.
Location is perfect very central walking distance to many attraction and also shops"

"Loved my stay, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s really easy to explore London with the tube opposite. I had a really good night sleep! I would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere cheap to stay in central London."

This was our first stay at a B&B. An originally planned one-night stay turned spontaneously into a 2-night stay, but Tom & Patricia are lovely hosts and have accommodated to our flexible needs fuss-free & professionally. We stayed in the rooms in the loft conversion (exec king size they're called) which were very cosy, super clean and had a very well equipped coffee/tea station. Breakfast was satisfying and made with loving hands. The hosts made us feel very at home and I want to thank...

This hotel is in a great location, near to the tube. We found it to be quiet, even though it is next door to a police station. The room was clean, although a bit dated but the service was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you & were very friendly. We even found some locals to be friendly, too.

Holmfield Lodge is excellent. It’s only 400m from Central Middlesex Hospital. Our trip was for my husband who had to have an operation far from home.
The staff were amazing, the rooms ultra clean and I can’t praise the cleaning staff enough. They took time to check I was ok and supported me through the testing times of my husbands operation.
The position of the hotel is great, although it’s in an industrial area it’s quiet and the car part and hotel is very secure.
Close to Acton tube station...

Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard.
Would definitely stay here again!

I had a delightful stay at this property.
The hotel has been renovated to a very high standard in a modern Victorian style.
The service was five star and the very manicured rooms were lovely.
Will come back

I was sceptical about staying in a capsule hotel and I only booked it because of the price. Less than £50 (special offer price) for a night a couple of hundred yards from Oxford Street is an absolute bargain.
I did message my wife to say this is either going to be really good or I'm going to get no sleep at all. As it was I slept really well.
The vending machines worked without any problems even for alcohol purchases requiring digital I.D. But I do think a price of £4.50 for an extra towel...

A very handy stop when in Wycombe Town on business or leisure.

The room was very clean and tidy and luckily, a fan was provided because it was very warm up there due to the heatwave. The guy on reception was very friendly and informative and gave us simple instructions to get to our room. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it was a very good location and the area was nice with a lovely bakery just up the street, but also Costa not too far either. Highly recommend and we will keep it in mind when we return

I cannot fault this little B&B at all. I booked at quite short notice for a small double ensuite room - when I arrived I was upgraded to a bigger ensuite room, which was exceptionally comfortable (if you are going for a 3-person room I would highly recommend it!!). The staff I encountered were all friendly, welcoming and genuine - from the ladies doing the cooking at breakfast, to the housekeeping staff and the son who appeared to be doing everything else.
