When you come out of the hotel you can go right and come to the main high street with lots of restuarant and shops or go left and go down lots of interesting little alleyways with cute shops and cafes. "Hele lieve mensen, alleen is dit geen hostel maar een plek waar Chinezen op een kluitje wonen op zoek naar een baan. Niemand spreekt Engels. Het is zeker een manier om te ontdekken hoe het merendeel van de Chinezen in Shanghai leven. Maar ik ben blij dat ik een andere plek heb gevonden, wat zeker niet makkelijk was zonder internet of toegang tot Googlemaps."

"I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined...

"This was a one night stay for a quick overnight work trip so the room was sufficient for the price I paid. The shower was not clean and water didn't drain well. The room was basic and didn't look the same as pictures but seemed clean enough. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but I could tell that was not the case. When I entered the room the windows had been left open ( maybe to get rid of cigarette smell? didn't work) and room was freezing. There's no food on premises or room service but...

"I recommend this hotel to everyone who need comfortable place and cheap price. A receptionist is so kind and good services. The room and toilet is so clean and smell so good. I love this hotel and i will back again."

"All was dirty. Rooms and bathrooms, cabinets, shower, ALL!!! Blankets and sheets clean Rooms really small, only 3 chairs for all. Many roaches in the kitchen. No plates, cups noting. Old shoes in the cabinets. ;-("
