They have a good size parking lot with EV charging. The buffet breakfast selection consists of both Western and Chinese dishes. The hotel location is close to MicX? mall (10 minutes walking) and the subway line 10 is locate in the mall’s LG level. The only downside is the location which is further from the city center. It will take you 35-45 minutes to get to Nanjing Rd and 45-50 minutes to get to Pudong. By subway. The hotel amenities is acceptable being closer to a high 4-star hotel compared to Expedia’s hotel rating. The only down side to my entire stay was the hot water. I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers. Got the habitat suite with my 6 month old and it’s a very clean and spacious room. I requested a crib beforehand and everything was set up when I walked in the room. Breakfast was ok, the buffet had both western and chinese dishes plus a made to order noodle bar. Disappointed with the soy milk they served as it tasted like water for 2 breakfasts! Not sure why as it was excellent the first day. Area was also great! There’s a back pathway to MixC mall. Cannot say enough great things and make you feel like you deserve the best. It is beautiful, clean, right beside a big mall full of dining options and close by to the metro. The front desk staff are very helpful, but especially Ella. She is the kindest lady and goes above and beyond with her customer service that makes you feel like you have a friend and are taken care of. She took care of us with any of our questions on directions, and help us get diapers by ordering online as getting thing can somwtimes get trick for foreigners. It is a bit tricky to get to so make sure you give taxi drivers the address and ask them to call the front desk for any questions on finding the place. Also take advance of the front desk of walking directions to things around there.
