"This was the highlight of our trip to Japan! The hotel is stunning. The manager went above & beyond on multiple occasions, personally escorting us to restaurants around the town and even helping us book bus tickets to get back to Tokyo! The rooms are spacious, clean & beautiful. They had great amenities including a Dyson hairdryer & free laundry which was a lifesaver for us! The breakfast was delicious as well. We loved it here and can't wait to come back!"

"コロナ禍で帰省できないので猫と旅行するのに利用。自分の手違いでドミトリーを予約したのに気づかず猫は車中泊になってしまったが、もとより車中泊覚悟の準備だったので快適だったらしい。 宿のスタッフは地元の若者たちのようだが、気配りや距離感が良い感じで、心地良い時間が過ごせた。食事も当日に頼んだのに美味しくリーズナブルだった。温泉は柔らかい泉質でサッパリした湯上がり。入浴時間の制限はあるけれど何度も入れるのは満足です。 唯一の不満は2階のトイレが今では珍しい和式だったことですが、１階には洗浄式の洋式トイレがあるのでそっちを使いました。 次は間違いなく個室で予約します。"

"The host is very nice, and the two dinners we paid for are good and value for money. The only problem was no hot water in the toilets for washing hands at the second floor where we stayed. The ski place is just outside the hotel, so it is very convenient. ."

"There was a small stain on the foot blanket in the room. It was either permanent or not washed because it was there after the room was cleaned and bedding changed. The breakfast was great though! "

"It was quite an experience to stay in a traditional Japanese hotel ( more like a B&B). Even the host speaks no fluent English,the communication works fine. We have spacious rooms in 2nd floor over look the channel. Supposed a smoking room but we didn’t get any lingering cigarette smell. Since it is an onsen town, we didn’t visit the shower room in downstairs at all but do onsen hopping . Service is proper and in room breakfast is very nice. "I love the room. very clean and comfortable"

"This hotel is a ways from the Kinosaki onsen,definitely not walking distance. The road is narrow. The people at the hotel were delightful and helpful. It was a nice walk to the beach from the hotel. "

"We stayed in a private room of 4 people for 2 nights. The room was very large and clean. The breakfasts and dinners were both gorgeous! The location was perfect for snowboarding at Okukan ski resort."
