You are provided with a locker underneath your pod for larger baggage as well as a smaller locker by your head. About 4 mins walk to AEON, good to get food and other stuff, but not a big shopping compare to other cities. Easy to ride a bus at train station to places of interest. It is clean, I was there during low peak, so whole women unit only 3 - 4 pax I think, so very quite and good. The height of the capsule was very roomy. It was very comfortable and the temperature was good too. Amenities were available but only upon asking, maybe providing earphones to all guests would be good. Also there was nothing to change into for sleep, usually Japanese hotels and especially capsules provide a robe to change into. Also, there is a bar, but they only had mixed drinks, no tap for beer, only one can of beer. Better beer selection would make guests happier I'm sure.
