"Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. "I was check-in relatively quickly and allocated a double room on the top floor with a view of the sea. The room had a fridge freezer and a kettle and 32" smart TV and a sofa, which I was impressed about for a two star hotel. Great stay and ideal location in the centre of Bournemouth Town centre. "

"Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."
