"Person working at the desk was extremely helpful and maintained a sense of calm checking in guests because the elevator was broken. She was having to help haul luggage up to higher floors and then help those of us who really couldn't take luggage up to higher floors get rooms on the first floor. To get a room on the first floor, there was at least an hour wait to have it cleaned, but it was better than trying to haul my stuff up."
