They say that check-out can be done at noon, but that’s a lie; check-out actually has to be done at 11:00 AM, and if you ask at the front desk, they will treat you very, very poorly. The bedside tables had marks from liquor bottles, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was also very dirty.

We stayed there for several days and were told we were only allowed 1 towel each. When they cleaned our room, they took the towels and didn't replace them. we were left without towels on our last stay and couldn't take a shower. The coffee was watered down. The other food items were good. The sheets and blankets were stained, the sheets smelled like they hadn't been replaced. The pillow cases were also stained. Not sure if it was a stain or if it was left by the previous guest. The blankets were not enough to keep us warm.

When i checked into my room the lady at the front desk was very nice. When i got into my room i noticed light bulbs missing and not working. The tv had no single and after telling the front desk they said it would get fixed. When i got back to my room a few hours later the card reader on the door would not work and the tv still had no signal. I went to take a shower and there was no clean towels and hair all in the bath tube. The people working there are very nice but the hotel could really use some work.

Good stay at a good price

I had a comfortable stay of two nights here. It was clean well priced in in a safe location. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Only downside was the breakfast was very basic with just waffles and very bad coffee all night we could stay.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool is closed even though it was advertised open, the property is falling apart. The rooms are disgusting It has a smell of mold, in the bathroom the ceiling falling apart, AC units not working asked if we could switch rooms or bring a fan, we were told no fans and the AC unit would work if we left it on (which we had turned it on left for over 4 hours came back still hot and all kids sweating after an hour being back so we demanded another room and that AC was somewhat better but kept cutting off through the night and they even put someone else in the other room we left that the unit didn't work without fixing it. If there were any other hotels in the area that had availability I would have paid to have another hotel room but more likely wouldn't allow us to have our money back. Absolutely do not recommend.

The pool has been closed for over a year! The only guy who seems to work there tried to tell me it’s been down for a couple of months but they were going to open it soon. Total lie. The room smelled bad. The breakfast was a joke!! And they only had 3 towels for the room. It was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend Quality Inn.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was wiped out before 6:45 and nobody brought out more . The pool was not opened still had the cover over it and gym was non existent. Thankfully we only needed a place to sleep and it did satisfy that. I’d probably stay again if I just needed a bed and shower.

Not bad for the price. The front door didn't seal properly. Breakfast is first come first serve, they don't restock anything, so I can't say if it was any good. Check out is at noon but housekeeping was knocking on the door by 11:15AM. The TV didn't work, every channel glitched or turned off period. If you just need a decent place to stay and shower for the night, I recommend. Room nice, bed comfy. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks.
