"They would not budge on the 2;00 check-in time. We arrived off of a cruise ship at 7:30am and were told nothing could be done until 2:00. There is nothing open in the are that early so we were forced to wander the area until 9:00 am when the castle opened. They did take care of our bags to their credit. "Staff was great and friendly, dealt with issues promptly (leaky shower), blessedly spoke English, we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, plenty of nearby dining options for every palate, very walkable and close to the Metro Marques de Pombal stop, plenty of hot water. "Not a great location for exploring, the hotel was fine, close enough to the metro which is clean and safe. The room was uncomfortably cold-no way to turn on heat, no extra blanket. Staff were great."

"It is a great Hostel. It is located in Chiado, one of the best neighbors of Lisbon, close to 2 Metro Stations and Comboi Station. The hotel is clean and has a chicken where any guest can cook. Good breakfast is served every morning (it is included) qnd guys and girls who work there are very nice and friendly. I’d stay there again nect time I’ll to Lisbon"
