"The property needs improvement: Toilet seat loose ,broken ! Shower head has been mended with some plastic material to avoid leaking (did not work) TV not working ,pillows we’re disgusting very dirty ,communication not so great . We were told that check in started at 4pm but when we got there at 04:30 pm the flat was still occupied,not good enough we’ve travelled all the way from London . Floor carpets very uneven and dirty looking ! Not staying there ever again and will not recommend to...
