"I stay at Motel 6’s and expect the rooms to be a bit cleaner. I think this motel would do well for some upgrades in towels and cleaner floors. Location is good and I appreciate being able to have my dog stay for free. Most if not all motels other than this one charge extra for a pet."

"The property is near restaurants and shopping. It is on a busy corner. The one thing noted is walking up the stairs it is obvious the cleaning staff do not clean the carpeted stairs often as there was a lot of noted debri on them. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient. Though there was a refrigerator in the room it was not turned on and no switch could be seen in or dial could be found to turn the refrigerator on. It appeared to be plugged in. "

"Complimentary breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, cereal etc. Quiet. Bed was comfortable and pillows comfortable."

"Room size was great. Shower had great water pressure. Slept comfortably. Sadly, our neighbors started slamming doors at 3 am. Internet is dodgy- we had a very difficult time staying connected in the evening- better in the morning. "

"The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice. "

"The check-in process was very fast and easy. She was very kind and efficient. The room itself has been updated with new floors and bathroom. The linens were old, but clean. The bed was fairly comfortable and I slept pretty well in it. I'm very picky about my bed and so this was actually a good thing! The breakfast itself is not much. Don't expect anything special. For an inexpensive place to rest my head for the night, it fit the bill just perfectly. "

"Front desk host was pleasant. Room was pretty good. I thinks some newer beds might be in order. Our room had a separate bed for the 2nd party. Heater was excellent Shower was good and coffee as it should be."

"The place looked like an older motel along Route 66 as an example. Right along a major route so, noisy from traffic passing by. Quite a distance from downtown Klamath Falls. The room was average, nothing special but, bed was comfortable, the black out curtains off track. Be sure to bring clothes pen to lock them shut."
