This was not too bad but there were some issues 1. The bathroom door rubes the toilet, just a wood plane and paint would resolve this issue. 2. parking on this limited lot was a challenge. 3. This one really was an issue. I had to leave the TV on 24 hours. The TV was new and they would not leave the new TV remote. You had the Direct TV remote, where the Direct TV remote could turn the TV off but not on. I had to get the manager two times to turn the TV on. I lost a lot of sleet due to this TV being on all the time.

The rooms are completely filthy. Bugs caked all over the smoke detector, ripped curtains with black stains, stained sheets, caked on dirt and only God knows what all over the walls.

The front desk people were nice! And I’m sure the cleaning team do a great job! The hotel itself is very rundown. The lobby is very cute but we parked around the back and entered the building that way and the stairs and smell felt like I was the nastiest, cheapest motel. Our room carpet was very stained and it smelled like poop. The cleaning team definitely did their best to cover up the smell but it wasn’t possible. Unfortunately there were some ants but maybe that couldn’t be avoided. Again, super nice staff! Our cards didn’t work to unlock the doors until the 4th set was tried. That’s right-3 times we had to go through getting them and them not working. The person helping was nice and friendly, but that’s a lot of time and frustration. We had a suite with a tub, so it was figure it out or downgrade so I’m glad they figured it out. Breakfast was very basic but tidy. Good coffee!

Great stay for a mid road trip! The pool was awesome and kept my kids happy as can be. The beds/room were perfect for the price! The breakfast had enough choice that even my picky youngest found breakfast!

Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none.

Old building reminiscent of a Motel 6. Right next to a loud, busy road and neighboring industrial lot. No elevators, room access was from the outside and had to walk around the building to find the stairs. The room windows all face the outside walking path so you'd have to close the blackout shades completely to avoid other guests looking in as they passed. "Breakfast" was a joke. Held in a separate downstairs room only accessible from an outside door (like all the rooms) and not monitored but for the room key access. Two waffle presses, a couple of air pots of coffee, I presume? Cereal dispenser with a pitcher of regular milk, oatmeal packets but no hot water with which to make the oatmeal? No fruit, no juice. Some pieces of bread. Took a look and turned around. Nope. Nothing appealing at all.

I drove 20hrs straight to get to the Quality Inn, and when I finally got in, and got to my room it was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs, bugs, and human hair all over the floor. Not to mention, the sink was full of water and broken. I went and asked the front desk for a new room, they placed us in the room next door. That room had almost the exact same issues, execpt the fridge made the entire place stink bad. Because I was tired and didn’t want to argue, I spent the night and the next day I got my room change. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, I'm sure if you ask for assistance they will help you.

Room was nice. Initial check in was smooth. Came back down to lobby to ask questions but nobody was tending to front desk. There’s cameras so I’m sure if they played the video backs they’d see me trying to get some attention in the lobby. Pool needs a toilet area, no hot tub. Breakfast was basic, ends quick by 9am, but the attendant was very attentive with upkeeping the breakfast area. Overall, good stay.

Loved the breakfast options! The parking is extremely easy and the hotel is in a great area compared to everything we came to do. The staff was super helpful and friendly! The towels and sheets seemed really clean, but the floors turned my feet really black. I also got super stuffed up from the air conditioning so maybe the filters just need to be cleaned out. I also loved the pool! It’s open until 10pm which helps if you have an extremely busy day because then you can still relax at the end of the day and the temperature felt really nice. Overall, I’d stay here again!
