Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. "

Called the number provided numerous times with no answer and none responded. Waited for nearly 2 hrs with young kids in vain. Yet to receive my booking amount paid from Expedia. Very poor!"
