"For the price, cannot complain. Its student accommodation so you will be sharing with students during their summer holidays. So dont expect 3-5 star service/ cleanliness. I was satisfied with my stay, it fit the purpose."

Well arranged. 10 minutes walk from Selly Oak train station (10 minutes ride to Birmingham). Customer support service is very much appreciated as they answer and sorted all my confusions promptly. Clean kitchen, corridor, bedroom and toilet. "

"Hotels.com failed to relay that I had booked 2 rooms. Only 1 room was reserved. Hotels.com did not let me know, luckily Holloway hotel noted the mistake and contacted me. They endeavoured to get me a room elsewhere and were very helpful."
