Good communication when we missed our flight. However, when we reached out during our stay about laundry & when the water was shut off, they never communicated back with us. "

"Property undergoing some repairs. By the time you read this, the pool might be fixed. Also, the white city buses (they look like repainted school buses) go by the busy street nearby around every 20 minutes. Some taxi stands are nearby. There's a hostess team that can answer some basic questions but doesn't speak much English so use your translator app if you have more requests. They've added Stripe payment so you can pay by credit card and that should appear in the description for the property...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayan monkey! Fun themed evenings, really large private room, and close to the marina. It is on the other end of the marina so I would maybe not have loved walking home alone at night but with someone else it was not a problem. Would return! "

"Oh this is my fifth year staying at this beautiful garden style hotel, the friendliest staff and feels like you’re going a bit back in time! Trees growing through the lobby beautifully accenting with the common area and the stairwells. New and very comfortable mattresses. Great “AC” and each room has a refrigerator. Actions speak louder than words, there’s a reason I stay here every time I come here to go fishing!"

"It’s a place for a quick pit stop. I recommend this if you are just there to get some rest and travel the next day, not to stay longer cuz of the neighborhood and you are only in a room. Hosts are really polite and attentive. "

"Beware of the fraudulent billing practices of this hotel. I booked a last minute stay through the Hotels.com app due to a cancelled flight. The price almost doubled from my initial research to the time I booked, but I wanted to stay in something close to the Cabo airport, so went ahead and confirmed. I arrived less than an hour after booking and was allowed to check in early (thank you Luis). I received the usual "how was your check in" email from Hotels.com, but was too tired to respond....
