"Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby."

"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"Staff double charged me after I told them I had paid for the hotel on Expedia via PayPal, so I basically had to pay again on arrival after already paying on Expedia via PayPal. I still haven’t been refunded yet either. Joke of a hotel and a service! Will never stay at this hotel again and I recommend nobody else staying either."

"Well what a gem. Great place, everything you need is there. Except hairdryer, not a problem for me as mine dries fast. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Comfy bed, shower amazing, hot tub was awesome addition. Great night away and we will definitely be returning. Dont go to Lygon arms in feckenham ( village closest) food, service was not great at all. Redditch is close by and Hanbury hall"
