"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "The flat was new and modern looking. It was Pleasant, but as the windows were dirty and the view from those windows (being at the back of the property) was very unappealing, we were forced to have the blinds down all the time. The biggest disappointment was that on the Expedia ad it said 'parking included' and it was not, therefore we felt Expedia used false advertising.
