"Exceptional property, have booked to stay again in JUNE 2027, would recommend."

"Just had a 3 night break and had a lovely stay. The site is really quiet and set next to a golf course. The Lodge is very well equipped and exceptionally clean and tidy. Not far from Alnwick and lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Host was very helpful and had some great suggestions for restaurants etc. Booked last minute and was a perfect last minute break. Would recommend."

"The company managing the property only seemed interested in telling us about their requirement to make an arrangement to cover breakages at the property during our stay. "Room basic, clean. Found it cold in the evening although heating in room. door didn’t shut very well so there was a slight gap, this may of been the problem. As a cheap base for outdoors people it would be ideal. Friendly staff who greeted us. Location ideal for village where there are takeaways and restaurants. Short walk. "

"Perfect location - thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The property was ideally situated just a short walk from the shops and town centre. It was small but comfortable with everything needed for your stay. Even although the weather was cold at night, once the fire was on for a short time, the place became very cosy. The only issue would be parking near the property. I found a space in the nearby street. This was fine as it was still close. Being early in the season this might have been easy but perhaps during peak times it might be more tricky."

"Bigger than you think and anywhere in Bamburgh is a great location."
