"It was really special to experience a fisherman’s cottage in a genuine fishing village. Could not have been better than in the home of Cullen Skink. As you would imagine it’s very compact and very homely. It was lovely to listen to the ocean at night and see all the bird life. You aren’t very far from the ocean even if you’re not in the front row. It’s clean, warm and comfortable. Could do with a cheese grater."

"Alex and Piotr have created an incredible gem in the middle of Speyside. It is exquisite in every way. An historic manse; an spectacular garden and hot tub overlooking the valley (with farmland, cows and sheep) and hills as the backdrop; incredible food for breakfast; and gorgeous design/ decor to make you feel like you are in a castle. We were greeted upon arrival and invited to enjoy the afternoon sun with a wee dram and nibbles Alex had carefully curated from local places and her own...
