"When we arrived for check-in, the friendly employee at the desk upgraded our room (we didn’t even ask or request it) at no extra charge. Check-in was also very hassle free & we were not asked for a credit card hold or anything like that. Although outdated & quite pricey, the room was clean, which I find most important.
